Your appointment is reserved especially for you, I understand sometimes life gets busy and schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore a 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes for your appointment. This ensures a respectful time frame in my schedule, giving me the ability to offer the appointment time to another guest on my waiting list. *You may change any appointments up to 48hrs prior to your scheduled time, and NO fees will be charged. *Any time AFTER 48hrs there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service price of the booked appointment. *Those who don't call to reschedule/cancel and NO SHOW to your appointment will be charged 100% of the service price booked
